Autocad Drawing File Is Not Valid Solution Imo most of the current drawings in the world cannot be opened by autocad r14

I keep getting an error message saying drawing file is not valid i am using autodesk 2002 i ve tried viewing it in microstation v8 and autovue 16 1 none of are you trying to flat open the raster file with autocad
